My certifications include Personal trainer certificate, TRX Suspension Course, Pre, and postnatal fitness course, Les Mills Certificate for Body Combat and Body Pump. CPR-AED certified by American Hearts Association. 

I have a black belt 3rd day, and my life passion is Karate. I won the 3rd place in on a World Championship in 2008, in Tokyo. All my results can be seen at World and European karate federation official sites.
